Rotary clubs in Geelong and the Bellarine are setting out to raise funds for the final push in the eradication of polio from the world.  In 1985 Rotary promised the children of the world a polio-free future.

Ride the Bellarine: A ride to ‘End Polio Now’ takes place on Sunday 19th April.

There are two rides (not races) and each caters for families as well as individual riders.  The first  ride is 60k and the second is 105k.  The activity has been extremely well planned with Rest and Refreshment stops planned along the way.

There are prizes to be won and a fun to be had. All in the name of a good cause - the eradication of a terrible disease from the world.  The aim is to raise $20,000 from this run.
