Warren's Words of Wisdom
The Rotary Club Geelong have a project in Popendetta in PNG. Sometime in the new Rotary year, they will need the services of a plumber to finalise the project.
This request has gone out to all the International Chairs in Groups 9 & 10, so there could be a few people put their hands up for the job. At this stage, it is not clear if there will be any assistance with passage, that is something to be confirmed.
The dates are unknown, however, it will not be until after 1st July 2018.
Anyone who knows of a plumber who may like to take part in an international community project, please let Warren know their details and Warren will put them in touch with the person at the Rotary Club of Geelong managing the project.
Members On The Mend
We all send Terry Thornton our very best wishes after her stint in hospital.
Money Matters
Michael Carroll asked that we tend legal tender as we are tending to toss in other than the coin of the realm (or at least this realm).
Progressive Dinner
We'll be munching on the move on 12 May and the information will come via Whoozin as well as on paper.
In addition to providing meals, the group accepts donations of clothes, shoes and toys for distribution to those in need.
