COMEDON (COordinator of MEmber DONations) to The Rotary Foundation, Eddie, reported he had sent to the Sydney Office the following amounts for the last half year:
Annual Programs Fund $1,102 and PolioPlus $1,967 = a total of $3,069 and thanked the 30 members involved and whose donations averaged out at $100.
Eddie also indicated that when we add the $1,030.50 APF and $587.55 ($1,618) sent at the end of the first half year, plus $1,184 sent in lieu of Ride the Bellarine and $241 during October's $26.50 Appeal, the overall donations by members for the year amounted to $6,112.
He then highlighted the fact that of that $6,112, just on $3,979 had gone to PP which meant that with the Gates match of two for one, PolioPlus had benefited by just on $12,000 as a result of our members' donations to TRF last year.
